Trash and recycling are at the end of the dock. Owners also have access to a bathhouse with showers, a parking lot with electronic access, dock cart usage and 24hr electronic camera surveillance. Transfer fee of 0.5% of purchase price is paid by the Buyer to the Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor HPR at closing. Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor HPR has a first right of refusal on all dock sales.
